In fact UI freezes completely Problem didn't exist in Version 1.9.1 and previous. You can delete it, or Expand it to regular text, or assign text styles to it. And all of those work for me. So I think it would help to have more details about what you were doing. Also, does this happen in all documents, even new ones, or is it specific to a single document?
