Problem with Brushes Tab

Recommended Posts

I've just installed version 1.9.2 and notice that the Brushes Tab defaults to the set of bushes that is at the top of the list. I'm sure that it used to stay on the last set selected. It's a bit of a nuisance, as I normally leave it on the basic set.

It has always defaulted to the one at the top, as far as I know (and that's certainly how 1.9.0 behaves).

But in prior releases the one at the top was always Basic. Starting in 1.9.2 you have the option of sorting the category list, and it defaults to sorting based on the name, but you can change it to "Date Added":

Since we've allowed you to sort the brushes, it's either by date added or name, Acrylic has moved itself above Basic... The only workaround I can think of is that you rename Acrylic but that's sloppy at best. I'll feed this back to dev.

Sort by Date Added

Thanks for your replies.

I know I'm being awkward, I like having the brushes arranged alphabetically, but I also want the Basic set to be the "default". I sorted it by renaming the Basic set as _Basic. 👍
