Problem with installation

Recommended Posts

I tried to install the Designer Update 1.9.2 and received the same error message as Antonio (just in German). Updating Photo and Publisher went smoothly, though.

Same problem Here.  Trying to upgrade from 1.8.6 to 1.9.2.   Installation run flawlessly for affinity Photo and Publisher...  however, it got stuck on Designer.   Runing MacOSX Catalina 10.15.7.  Tried several times. Same error every time.

 Any ideas?

I've been playing with this yesterday updating Affinity Store 1.8.6, 1.9.0 and 1.9.1 to 1.9.2 and have encountered no issues on either Catalina or Big Sur 11.1 and 11.2.3. I've also tried setting my language and locale to German with no luck either, and playing the application into its own folder in Applications.

Where is your App stored - is it in the root of Applications or have you moved it into it's own folder? If you've moved it into a different folder what is the name of that folder?

Standard installation. Admin account, default root app folder. What is weird, is that there were no problems with AP and AF.
