Which OS?
This seems to be an OS specific issue. E.g. no problems on MacOS El Capitan, all standard Library/ColorSync folders are being seen by Affinity.

MacBookAir 15": MacOS Ventura > Affinity v1, v2, v2 beta // MacBookPro 15" mid-2012: MacOS El Capitan > Affinity v1 / MacOS Catalina > Affinity v1, v2, v2 beta // iPad 8th: iPadOS 16 > Affinity v2

If it doesn't work the usual system way (/Library/ColorSync/Profiles etc.) then open the Affinity app related package folder and copy those into "Content/Resources" there, aka ...

  • AffinityDesigner.app/Content/Resources/*.icc    <--- into there, afterwards restart the Affinity app!

☛ Affinity V2.3 apps ◆ MacOS Sonoma 14.2 ◆ iPad OS 17.2
