You seem to be wanting a change of interface colour for the forum. I don't think that is possible, or rather , it is controlled by your browser or system settings, I think. I just don't like white background sites, forums etc. Sometimes it is possible to change, sometimes not. ☹️ Even if I have switched do "Notify me of replies" I don't receive any.
