walt.farrell Posted March 29, 2021 Posted March 29, 2021 Welcome to the Serif Affinity forums. The SetupUI.log file shows that it starts out wanting to install to C:\Program Files\Affinity\Designer but then suddenly a little way in it is trying to install to G:\New File. What is the G: drive on your computer? Have you played any games with symlinks or junctions to move things off of the C drive to someplace else, possibly using the G drive? Tayyub5618 Posted March 29, 2021 Author Posted March 29, 2021 (edited) Thanks @walt.farrell for replying, G drive is not really much used, but yeah i noticed some files n folder that i think belong to C drive, i have attached the pictures Much Thanks! Edited March 29, 2021 by Tayyub5618 Quote
walt.farrell Posted March 29, 2021 Posted March 29, 2021 Having a G drive would not be a problem. But if you've used junctions or symlinks to move any standard Windows files there (from C) that might cause problems with the installation. Unfortunately, I can't say much beyond that. But the info you've provided might generate an idea from someone else.
