Greetings!  I am "typesetting" a book off of Gutenberg.  I have the following text columns implemented as a 2-column table. But what are those dots called, and can Publisher do it?

Those dots are called leaders, they are substitutes for the space between tabstops and yes Affinity Publisher can do this using a paragraph style.

This enables you to see and edit tab stops easily
