JansenG Posted March 24, 2021 Share Posted March 24, 2021 I recently got a new Surface Pro 7 and downloaded Affinity Designer and Publisher the same day. The programs are the only pieces of software on my computer that weren't standard, besides Netflix. I was able to register both programs with their product keys. When I try opening them, whether by their icons or by opening a photo with one of them, they will fully load through the splash page and then start to load the main window before shutting back down. I can't find a reason for this or a solution from the web that applies, since most of the places I've seen talk about this problem refer to interactions with software I don't have on my computer. I can see from the splash page that, as I would expect, the programs are both version 1.9.1 and fully up to date. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
