Assets Distorting when dragged to Artboard

Recommended Posts

Since updating to 1.9.1.979 when I drag an asset onto an artboard the asset is heavily distorted.

Moreover, if i drag and hold the asset over an artboard it continually distorts more and more until it is released onto the page.

By distorting i mean it will either continually stretch vertically, sometimes horizontally, and sometimes in both directions resulting in a zooming object.

Thanks for the quick reply guys.

Little background here, i am using this software professionally, I do not usually like running beta software but at this point, but not having access to my asset library is much worse than using beta software.

So, I downloaded the beta, but it installed completely separately from my Official release (no assets). Does this mean if i want to use the beta i will need to transfer all of my library over temporarily until the next release comes out and then transfer everything back???

You need to transfer your assets manually.
I guess 1.9.2 will be released next week though if you can wait.

It's also listed as fixed in 1.9.2, which was released today.
