sambader Posted March 23, 2021 Share Posted March 23, 2021 If I draw out a picture frame and then attempt to drag and drop a Designer file onto that frame instead of importing the Designer file, Publisher opens the file instead. Are you dragging from the Finder? When I do that I get the picture in the picture frame. I am dropping it into the picture frame on the page (frame can be on an applied master page).
