Publisher: why same documents and different screen sizes

Hi,

I made two documents with the same documents and page settings (1024 x 768 px, 72 ppi). Everything is ok at this point.

When I zoom to 100%, one is the "right" size on screen (measured 1024 x 768 px 😀) and the other not (measured 512 x 384 px 😢). I don't understand why? BTW, the "wrong" document shows not antialisade text, and the other is fine.

How could it be possible? Is there something I made wrong I couldn't find?

Welcome to the forums

I apologise for the delayed response, it will be difficult to explain this without first seeing the files if possible could you provide a copy of each file so I can see what might  be happening?
