Embedded .afdesign flashes, partly draws different ways when sized

Affinity Designer 1.9.1, macOS 11.2.3, iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, 2020).  Happens both with and without Metal Compute turned on.

I want to maintain privacy of my client so I want to privately share the .afdesign and screen movie of this.  How to?  Thank you.

Thanks for the file. This is an issue we're aware of and has been fixed by development and will be made available in the 1.9.2 release. In the meantime you can fix this by editing the embedded AFdesign and setting the PDF object's Page box from 'Trim' to 'Minimum Content'. When you then return to the master document it will then be displayed correctly.
