Perspective Filter Affinity Designer

Hi,

I need to contort a screenshot into an image of a laptop.  I need to do this all the time but am struggling with designer! I have read one thread that says this would be made available in v1.7 but I'm using v1.9 and can't find it.  Another thread says it can't be done without also purchasing affinity photo!? I'm hoping this isn't true as this would be a major dissapointment as this is something I need to do all the time.

Any clarification would be appreciated.

If I have understood your requirements correctly – ‘warping’ a rectangular image to fit a different shape – Designer doesn’t have the functionality that you need but, as you have found out, Photo does.
(Suggestions of possible functionality upgrades don’t necessarily mean that they will arrive.)

Thanks, this is a real dissapointment.  I find a free workaround with this online tool though https://www.photopea.com/.

You just need to hold ctrl when selecting and moving the image and it transposes automatically.
