I have a textured background for this document. Yesterday I noticed the color was off in my headers, and discovered that the master pages were on top on all pages. I pushed them all to the bottom, saved out, and resumed work. Today I see that they are all on top of the stack again. I have not been able to figure out what triggers it, have not been able to reproduce by adding, removing, or moving pages, but I wanted to post in case anyone else has seen this.
