Back/Next page preview when opening a PDF

Recommended Posts

It would be really helpful to have some way of navigating back and next (using arrow keys and/or back/next buttons) between pages when opening a PDF in order to figure out which pages you want to open (via the page preview[1] UI element). As it stands I have to open the document in Preview, flip between pages, and then return to Affinity to enter the correct pages, ranges (ie. 2, 5-12, 18, 24, 27-36…). Being able to do this entirely from the open PDF dialog would be nice.

[1] It would also be helpful if the page preview UI element provided some indication of which page was actually visible, especially when multiple pages/ranges have been input into the 'load pages' field.
