Processing of K(Black) and Spot Colors on Export

Hi,
I work on production for print. 1.9 was working great on my windows machine for fixing up files for folding panels (glorious job!). I have done this in Qxd and ID forever.

On 1.9.1 I am having issues. I have the originating PDF (2 Colors PANTONE + K. I adjust the fold panels and have copied and pasted the pdf to fit correctly. Side two, I adjusted in Pitstop (creating a little bleed of one side and extending some boxes to fit. It should be fine. PDFs are two color. Job is two color. Export PDF and it's process, on page one only.

Side issue as well When I copy and past the size of the items has been not right. It's a little frustrating, but I'm trying to get Affinity to be the shops lone page layout.

I looked at your file in and all looks as expected in Beta 1.9.2.1014 on Mac, but getting the same output results as yourself (looks RGB).

Re-linking had the same result, but Just I had a go at re-placing your first quad fold from scratch and it worked as expected
