However, is there any other way to zoom in & zoom out smoothy? I using a left hand dvice, so I'm in grate trouble because I can't sort it out...

Hi 檸檬爆弾

Welcome to the forums :)

I'm not familiar with the device in your left screenshot at all so I'm not sure if you will be able to get it working with affinity. If it can emulate key presses you could try binding one of the keys on the remote to the Option key and then see if the scroll wheel allows you to zoom.

Thanks

Hi @SSS333,
Welcome to Affinity Forums :)
Are you on macOS or Windows? If on macOS are you using the Magic Mouse?
If you have the Zoom Tool selected and want to zoom out press alt (to switch to zoom out) and click on canvas.

If you have a scroll-wheel mouse press and hold CTRL and drag the mouse-wheel to zoom in/out (on Win) or press ALT  to perform the same operation if you are using a Mac. You can also zoom in/out using the mouse-wheel without to press any modifier if you enable/tick the Use mouse wheel to zoom option in Affinity Preferences, Tools section.

just Windows10, no magic mouses. i have 360 HDR image opened, but i can zoom in only, but not to zoom out anymore.  With 2D image everything works fine.
