I have 2 laptops both using windows. I'm using this pc and using windows 8.1. My other laptop is using windows 7. I can't login using the windows 7 pc, it says can't find a matching account.

Any ideas please.

A simple typo is the most likely explanation. Double check that you aren’t doing something silly like transposing adjacent characters.

Just to be sure: are you trying to login to the Affinity Store or the forums?

If the Store, are you trying to login from your browser or from the My Accounts dialog in one of the applications?

If from My Accounts, which application and which release of the application, and where did you purchase it? And is that the same application and release and purchase location as the machine that works?

So, to clarify, you're talking about logging in here in the forums, from your browser.

Then as Alfred suggested, it's most likely a typo.

If you don’t remember your password and you can’t retrieve it via your browser, the only option is to ask for it to be reset.

As you say, Brian, strange. What error message do you get when you try to log in on your Windows 7 machine?

Ok all got it. I did a google search for Affinity forums, login. It opened up to the forums page and I got the login section. I'm in. I didn't know there was to sections forums and stores.

Sorry for my lack of knowledge in the Affinity world. I'm sure I will be buying the software looks very impressive.

Thanks again to all for time and help.
