Hi,

Similar to a few other my trial seems to be playing up.

I noticed it said 10 days instead of 90 at one point on opening the program but then it seemed fine after that.

However I now realise that was because I just didn't close it!

Closed it yesterday and on reopening it says trial expired.

 

Downloaded on 29th Jan according to my email. (Don't think I actually opened it till a while after)

 

Any ideas?

Welcome to the Serif Affinity forums :) 

It seems you have only claimed our standard 10 day trial. Right now we are offering a 90 day trial, but it uses a different claim process using the Try Now button on this page

That will send you an email with a product key. Type that in to the software you are already using and get an additional 90 days to try the software.
