TOMAS WILDE Posted March 17, 2021 Posted March 17, 2021 I just upgraded my Mac ( powerbook) to Mojave OS OS10.14.6 . Affinity photo was running very well since 2017. I upgraded the app to 1.9.1 and background or canvas has disappeared. I open a photo ( raw or jpeg) and apparently it opens because I can see it i as a layer and in the inspector. But the picture is not to be seen in the canvas. Canvas is gray.I have reviewed all the settings in the preferences and I can´t fix. I bought the app in the Appstore and I don´t know what to do. Thanks for some help. Quote
TOMAS WILDE Posted March 18, 2021 Author Posted March 18, 2021 After I posted my problem, I found that in Affinity designer and publisher happens exactly the same problem. Quote
Staff Lee D Posted July 6, 2021 Staff Posted July 6, 2021 Hi @TOMAS WILDE, sorry for the delay. Are you still having this issue or was it resolved? If so can you provide any information on the resolution, did you have to reset the app, uninstall and reinstall? Quote
Kenny Shaw Posted July 7, 2021 Posted July 7, 2021 I am having a similar problem. When I make a new canvas or open a file all I can see is black. Quote
