Welcome to the Forums @Brian Sechler☺️ As long as the two laptops belong to you and have the same OS (both Windows or both MAC) then yes you can.  If the laptops have two different OS then you will need a separate copy for each.  All Affinity apps have separate versions for Windows and Mac.  Hope this helps!

The Microsoft Store versions of the Affinity apps require Windows 10. The Affinity Store versions will run on Windows 10 or 8.1 without problems; they will also run on Windows 7, but only with Service Pack 1 (SP1) and the Platform Update installed.

From here you will see that when bought from the Affinity Store this is fine for personal use. Even if only you are using it for commercial use it is OK to have it on more than one PC but if it's for commercial use and 2 people are both using it on 2 computers then you need 2 licenses
