Hiding one symbol hides all instances

This behaviour only occurs with symbols that are copied/duplicated AND synchronised. According to my logic, this behaviour is completely correct, since all properties are kept synchronised. If you desynchronise a symbol and then change the property of visibility, you can also show and hide all other symbols individually. The content of the symbols remains synchronous unless you change the content in the desynchronised state.

Hi,

I am referring to Version 2.2.1 here (sorry, if this is inappropriate):

In order to hide individual symbols without also hiding all other instances, you can "group" the individual symbol (i.e. you create a group called "Hideable symbol" that only contains the symbol in question). If you hide this group, you hide the symbol it contains without changing the visibility of all other instances.

Grüße/Regards
Heinrich
