There are several functions I would like to see them as a separate panel e.g. Alignment or Resource Manager. The only solution is to keep it open and since the window is movable, this should be no problem. But for the reason?

Totally agree with this one. The fact Text wrap just has to sit on the screen, in its huge panel is very annoying when you are trying to work around it. Needs to be in the studio for sure.
