Do not get an email for the trialversion

Hello,

wanna leave photoshop as a product and a friend of mine told me to try affinity photo.

Yesterday i pressed the trialversion-button, filled out the first, last name, emailadress and agreed the regulations.

Since that time i am waiting for the email in which the link to download the trialversion has to be in.

A second attemp to get the trialversion brings me the message that the emailadress is still used for it.

 

Can you plz help me out? And sorry for my bad english 😉

I have manually approved your forum account because you did not confirm your own email address via a confirmation link so your post was hidden from being approved.

I wonder if the same is happening with the trial. I can see your trial request on our database but you will need to find the email from our server to get the download links to your email account. Search *@serif.com in your spam and see if that shows the confirmation email. Failing that I suggest you email Affinity@serif.com and ask them to send you the product keys directly, as they should not be posted here on the forums.
