Hello everybody outside there in the homeoffice ...

My Name is Andrew and I’ve just purchased the Affinity Photo and Designer for my mac. Well, I also have the adobe-package. But maybe times will get harder and working on short-time in Germany isn’t as funny as it sounds.

So here is my problem: I purchased Photo and Designer via paypal from your homepage. Both are doing fine. Then i wanted to purchase the publisher as well. PayPal tells me, that I can not pay via my bankaccount but have to use a credit-card. Sadfully I don’t have a credit-card ... Why is the purchase of Photo and Designer possible, the purchase of publisher not? Can I purchase the publisher in another way? Is there any help for me? PayPal has accepted my bankaccount for both purchases - Photo and Designer. Please, give me a feedback and help me. With all my best regards from Oldenburg, Lower Saxony, Germany. Andrew 🖖😎

Hi @indianajames, welcome to the Affinity forum.

We have security measures in place to prevent more than two orders being placed in quick succession as this can indicate fraud. Please wait twenty-four hours and try again. You can avoid this happening in the future by placing everything in your basket before checking out.

Any spelling or grammatical errors found in the above post are deliberate and included to boost the self-esteem of those who spot them.

Welcome to the Serif Affinity forums. Can you tell us the exact error message you're getting?
