When I try to upload an image from Unsplash the program stops working and closes. The same happens in Designer and Publisher.  When the image is from Pexels or Pixabay everything works fine. The problem occurs since the last update to 1.9.1.

Welcome to the Forums @Rafa Cambra😊  This issue has been reported repeatedly.  It is not a bug in Affinity but a change caused by Unsplash.   Please refer to the second post above in this category.   Also you can refer to Frequently Asked Questions for more information.   In the meantime, in the Tutorials Section you can check "Sky replacement" posted by Digitally Fearless yesterday at 11:53 am.   He shows a way to bring an Unsplash image into Photo (and it is probably exactly the same for Designer and Publisher) relatively easily.   Not as easily as Pexels and Pixabay, but a workaround until Unsplash helps Affinity resolve this.   Hope this helps.
