konstantnnn
A basic UI design feature of all apps on all platforms on all systems of all time of all history is creating an extra margin around any given tap area, that enables you to drag your finger outside the tap area to cancel the tap operation if you change your mind. Your app is a huge honk. It has operations that take a long time especially with serious documents. I find myself so often accidentally hitting the Save button or a CLOSE button (FOR WORSE), and I just like watch my mistakes happen in the glass reflection on the ipad questioning my life choices. FIX that, thanks emmrecs01 1 Quote Hackintosh running Big Sur 11.2.3, Coffe Lake i3 with UHD630 graphics MacBook (Early 2015) running macOS Mojave iPad Pro 11-inch (1st generation) running iPadOS 13.5 Vista PC in the attic
Arrotino1997
I agree with you (with the flow and the touch behavior), but I saw that when I tap on “Close” (a document), Affinity always asks me to confirm. And if I tap on “Save”, Affinity creates a copy of the document on Affinity folder on Files app. The open document is not affected and the edit history is not deleted. Have you already checked some Affinity settings regarding edit history? Maybe I didn’t understand what you are complaining about, sorry Edited April 26, 2021 by Arrotino1997
