Kogosama
I just want to be absolutely sure I have understood this part of the text without any mistakes. "As a private individual, you can download, install, use and run for personal use, one copy of the Serif Software directly on each computer running either (depending on your purchased license) Microsoft Windows (“Windows Computer”) or macOS (“Mac Computer”) that you personally own or control." (Found in https://store.serif.com/en-us/help/ ) So to give an example of my situation. I am a private individual, I have an old Mac. I wish to get a new one. I have purchased digital licenses and I can instal and use them on both computers. True or false? I worry that if I instal the cool new software on my old computer I have to buy them again for the new computer.

PriyaRK
How do I remove my license from a computer that is no longer in use and install it in a new one?

There is no limit on the number of computers you install the products on, so technically you do not need to remove it. However, if you want to, and you purchased from the Affinity Store: Reinstalling: You go to the Store you purchased from, sign-in with the same credentials you used to purchase, and reinstall from there.
