RGreen
I wanted to resize the canvas applying anchor points, but I am only able to select the top row because the anchor grid is not fully visible; see screenshot. It doesn’t matter if I’m in landscape or in portrait mode. Is anyone else experiencing this? 😯 Using an iPad Air 3 with Affinity Designer 1.9.1 running latest iOS. Staff Sean P Posted March 12, 2021 Staff Share Posted March 12, 2021 Hi RGreen, Unfortunately I don't have access to a Air 3 to try it on ,but have tried it on both an 11" Pro and also a 10.2" iPad and both of those are showing the Anchor flyout at the top. Looking at your screenshot the flyout anchor indicator (the white dot) looks absolutely tiny. Have you tried restarting your iPad and does that stop it from appearing at the bottom? Have you also been using the app connected to an external screen via AirPlay at all?
RGreen
Hi Sean yes: restarted and no: problem still exists app connected to AirPlay, interestingly only the canvas visible i.e. no tools. Is this now reported as a bug?

Is this now reported as a bug? Hi RGreen, Unfortunately I'm still able to reproduce this. Does this only happen if you're connected to an airplay device? If you disconnect from AirPlay does it still happen? What devices are you using for AirPlay? Do you have any accessibility options enabled on your iPad? If so which ones are you using? RGreen
this happens regardless of AirPlay connection or any external devices connected, no accessibility options selected
Awannaby
I’m having exactly the same problem. Did restart etc. Im also using an iPad Air 3 with Affinity photo running latest iOS. I’m hoping this gets fixed soon as I can’t put boarders around my photos. Edited March 27, 2021 by Awannaby More info

RGreen
Hi Sean, Obviously, I am not the only one experiencing this issue. Is this now officially tracked as a bug? Best, Russell
