Hi. I saw another post about the error description for hardware acceleration not giving enough info regarding the graphics card not being compatible. Trying to figure out if that's the problem I'm having here too.

I just got a brand new Asus ProArt StudioBook , intel i7-9750H, Nvidia Quadro RTX 3000 Max Q, 64GB RAM, Windows 10 Pro 10.0.18363....and I updated Windows to the most recent version last night (v1909).

I am getting this error message, and after reading the other post, it isn't clear to me if there's a compatibility issue with Windows 10 Pro (does this only work with the most up to date consumer version of Windows???) or a compatibility issue with the graphics card (I know Nvidia has CUDA, but what I can find online says the Quadro RTX 3000 should be compatible with OpenCL too...)

I'm working on some pretty complex projects that are struggling a bit, I tweaked some settings and it's helped a lot, but I'd really like to take full advantage of the hardware I have.....Thanks

As the message says, you need at least version 19042 of Windows. You haven't updated far enough.

Are you sure that you've updated to the latest available Windows Pro? None of the Microsoft articles I've seen have said that Pro doesn't have 19042.
