senko Posted March 11, 2021 Posted March 11, 2021 After upgrading to version 1.9.1.979 both Affinity Publisher and Photo crash during startup (on Windows 10). I can see the splash screen for a second but it disappears almost immediately and the application window does not open. I've disabled OpenCL as described here, but this does not make any difference. Staff Pauls Posted March 12, 2021 Staff Posted March 12, 2021 firstly can you try with the most recent Photo Beta Quote
senko Posted March 12, 2021 Author Posted March 12, 2021 Thanks, I've installed the Photo beta (1.9.2.1005) and it works fine, no crashes anymore. Same for the Publisher beta. So the problem seems to be fixed in the new versions. I guess I'll have to use the beta versions until the fix is released. Pauls 1 Quote
