Jeff S Photo Posted March 11, 2021 Posted March 11, 2021 I am currently trying out the trial versions of all three affinity products on my Windows laptop and also have purchased Affinity Photo and Designer for my iPad. I set up an Affinity store account as well as a forum account. However, when I am on my iPad, and click on my account, it asks me to register. I log in to my existing account and it goes to a screen that indicates that an email has been sent to verify my account but I never get that email. I've tried it several times as well as hit the 'resend' when it times out. Seems like I am stuck and if I try to register new, it says an account with my email id already exists. What do I try next? The verification email for this forum did not get caught in the spam filter but it seems the one for verifying the iPad apps did. Thanks for checking! Leigh 1 Quote
