Affinity Designer crash using Stock Studio (Unsplash only?)

I am using the latest version available I think (1.9.1.979). When I drag an Unsplash image from Stock Studio palette , AD immediately closes. It seems to be fine if using images from Pixabay or Pexels. Help?
