Just as the title says. I'm using Affinity Publisher to design simple 5 x 7 diary entries and collaging some photo work on them, and when I export out to .JPEG or .PDF my old HP Photosmart B209 Printer is unable to read the file using the interface. I suspect that the drivers on the printer might be outdated because it is also unable to connect to my WIFI (the printer is about 15 years old!) however, I'm not sure what the issue could be!

The exported files open fine on the same computer that I designed them on.

Thank you!

Hi @vazls1,

Are you still having this issue?

How are you trying to print the image?  Have you tried just using File>Print to print the image?  We export standard JPGs and PDFs, so i'm not entirely sure why your printer wouldn't print them.
