I downloaded the programs on the new one and wanted to activate them. With the correct mail address and the keys. But I get the message that one of the two is not correct, what is wrong? I don't have accounts on Facebook or Twitter to contact Affinity's support directly. Not very user friendly! Is it possible that the old Mac is somehow registered and I have to log it out first?
