Rob12 Posted March 10, 2021 Posted March 10, 2021 Hello, Today i was able to buy Affinity Photo and Affinity Designer and everything went smoothly but then i want to buy Affinity Publisher. I added my card details then the page goes to my bank to put the PIN and after coming back i see the red line on the bottom of the screen with the message that my payment was declined with my card provider. I tried four times without the luck. Then i use my other card and again i get the same message on the bottom of the screen. I spoke with my bank and they say from their side all is ok. Can somebody from customer service will be able to help me please. I would like to buy only one copy of Affinity Publisher. Quote

We have security measures in place to prevent more than two orders being placed in quick succession as this can indicate fraud. Please wait twenty-four hours and try again.
