I have a lot of files created with X7 pageplus program.

i'm trying affinity pageplus but, if i can't import my previous files created with X7, i have to redo them all.

In affinity pageplus software is not possible import this type of files!

This is a big problem for me.

I read that just convert to Pdf, but then I lose the "master page" and layout.

Everything to be redone?

Welcome to the forum @alby_termo

Pageplus and Affinity Publisher are different apps underneath the hood so how the documents store data is very different, this makes them incompatible, so exporting to a generic file format with some losses is your only option as far as I am aware.

Affinity Publisher also uses the ‘Master Page’ concept. If you create a PagePlus page consisting solely of Master Page (MP) objects and publish that page to PDF, you should be able to create a suitable MP in Publisher. Turn off MPs for the regular pages, publish them as PDF and then import them into your APub document to reunite them with their MP.
