Christine Senior Posted March 8, 2021 Posted March 8, 2021 I'm trying to export my file as an SVG with layer effects. I get an error that my clipping mask (i'm presuming the outline since I'm not actually using a mask) is unsupported. Exporting as PNG gives a very bad image. Rasterizing gives a very bad image. Is there a way to convert the clipping path to a vector path? Or any other helpful hints to make this work? These are stickers for a Cricut Maker. Thanks. Quote
v_kyr Posted March 8, 2021 Posted March 8, 2021 Hi and welcome! Most layer effects will yield to rasterization on SVG export, further the generated SVG contents might then not be conform of what yout cricut maker expects (you have to tryout). Other than that, for vector export PDF is also a common format (...as far as that cricut tool then in turn supports to import these).
