RJGodfrey Posted March 8, 2021 Share Posted March 8, 2021 Since the latest update, the freehand selection tool is not working for me. I can make the selection, copy/paste, but the new layer does not have the selection made with everything else discarded. I have tried rasterizing the image before using the tool. I have new selected and feather is set to 0. I can't figure this one out. I am trying to do a dispersion effect, and was able to do this before the update. Any advice is greatly appreciated. No need for click or double-click. b) Is there any value in the Feather box when you are on the Freehand Selection Tool? Setting this to a lower value or 0 might help. RoToЯ Posted June 18, 2021 Share Posted June 18, 2021 Hallo Joachim, ich weiß zwar nicht, was eine Feather Box ist. Gehe aber davon aus, dass du die Randschärfe Einstellung meinst. Das war das Problem. Der Wert war auf Maximum gestellt. "So the issue was the egde sharpness value, it was set to maximum value."
