getmorefromlife
Hello, I had photo 1.8 previously, then a week ago I think I bought designer 1.9. Also I got the 1.9 free update for my photo as well. But since then they both are crashing. Also some of the other apps have started to crash as well on my Mac. One thing I like to mention is that since I was receiving the message of removing the java from my computer just because of no more updates, I uninstalled the Java. Then I though may be that's the problem so i installed it again. Luckily all crashing apps worked for once and then again same thing is happening. They all are crashing. I am attaching the images of crash reports for both apps. Please help me out here. Thanks a lot in advance

getmorefromlife
Well, thanks a million for the quick response. Is there a easy and efficient way to find that out ? Because I have tons of fonts. Secondly please help me out if you know how to find out a difference between a good and troublesome font? I would appreciate it greatly. Thanks
markw
You can use Font Book on your Mac to validate all the fonts on your system. And it will flag up any bad one you may have. Apple have more about this here: https://support.apple.com/en-gb/guide/font-book/fntbk1000/10.0/mac/11.0 Once you have cleaned up any dodgy fonts it could be a good idea to then restart your Mac in ‘Safe Mode’. As when starting in ‘Safe Mode’ some system cashes will be emptied including the Font Cash where problem fonts can sometimes hide. To start your Mac in Safe Mode, hold down the Shift key as the Mac starts. Startup will take longer than normal and when complete, in the top right of the Login screen it will say Safe Mode in red. Once it’s finished starting you can just restart it normally. ashf
I just leave a note for someone experiencing this problem on Windows. There's a font validator for Windows on Github.https://github.com/HinTak/Font-Validator
