Mein Konto das immer noch nicht funtioniert

Hallo zusammen,

habe mir gerade das Aktuelle Update 1.9.1.979 installieren (aus dem Microsoft Store) und siehe da Mein Konto in den Affinity Apps funktioniert immer noch nicht. Also wollte ich mir die aufgeführten Geschenke direkt von meinem Konto auf Serif.com downloaden, aber dort kann man sie nicht finden. Was soll das? Seit ihr nicht fähig euer Programm so zu stricken daß das mit dem Konto klappt. Wenn nicht stellt wenigstens die Geschenke dort zum Download bereit.

Ich bin stock sauer, dass es Serif scheinbar gar nicht interessiert. Übrigens Ich bin mit den Updates von Windows 10 auf den neusten Stand, daran kann es auch nicht liegen.

Note: There is a 1.9.2 beta available now in the Photo Beta on Windows forum. From the post the FAQ points to, installing it might resolve the problem with your 1.9.1 retail version from the Microsoft Store.

If installing it does not resolve the issue with your 1.9.1 version, you could register the 1.9.2 beta version, and once you've done that the free content will appear in your Affinity Store account, and you would be able to download it directly from there.

funktioniert dann der Mein Konto Button in der Originalversion also bei 1.9.1. und kann man diese Beta dann wieder deinstallieren? Warum stellt Serif nicht ein Update zur Verfügung das diesen Fehler behebt ohne dass man eine Beta Installieren muss. Das verhalten von Serif ist sehr unprofessionell.

Serif is providing an update to fix it. It will be 1.9.2, when it is fully tested and has exited the beta test process. This is, I believe, a very professional way of working. They have identified a fix, but will not release it generally until they are satisfied with the quality.

Yes, once you have registered your 1.9.1 version from the Microsoft Store, you can delete the 1.9.2 beta, unless you are interested in one of the other bug fixes it contains.

danke für deine Antworten. Ich bin nicht so der Beta Tester, da ich sehr wenig Freizeit habe und ich diese nicht mit Tests vergeuden will. Ich werde also auf dieses 1.9.2 update warten, und hoffen dass mir diese Geschenke nicht verloren gehen. Ob ich mir dann das 2.0 Update das ja auch bald kommen soll, noch kaufen werde hängt vom Verhalten von Serif ab. Ich empfinde es immer noch als unverschämt einen solchen Fehler nach über 4 Wochen noch nicht beseitigt zu haben. Ein kleiner Batch hätte da genügt.
