Oliver70
I repeatedly experienced files that properly worked during editing to show, when reopening them after a few days, a message that the file couldn't be opened, as it was corrupt. I create and initially save my files on the desktop and then move them to a Synology NAS. Weardly, some files will reopen properly and some not. Can you please help? You didn't keep the file on the desktop? I've heard that NAS or Cloud drive sync folder(Google, OneDrive and so on) cause file corruption sometimes. Also you should not edit the files on the NAS directly, copy them to a local folder.

Staff Pauls Posted March 5, 2021 Staff Share Posted March 5, 2021 you move them rather than save within publisher ? What is the exact error message(s) you get Can you upload a sample corrupt document ( if the file size is zero there's no need)
