isacrzvn
Hi guys,My illustrator subscription ended so I decided to buy Affinity Designer.Very happy when I saw that the conversion from .ai is missing many colours and only the group that was visible has been imported. Any suggestions?
Staff Callum Posted October 6, 2015 Staff Share Posted October 6, 2015 Hi Isacrzvn, Welcome to the Forums :) I am sorry to hear that Affinity has not imported your .ai file aswell as you had hoped. You mentioned that the conversion is missing colours does that mean that the objects are still there but they are now transparent? For example the left side of the red house. Would it be possible for you to attach your .AI file to this post so that I may investigate this further? Any files you attach will be deleted once they have been looked at :) Thanks C Quote Please tag me using @ in your reply so I can be sure to respond ASAP. Staff MEB Posted October 7, 2015 Staff Share Posted October 7, 2015 Hi HarryA, Welcome to Affinity Forums :) You can use a cloud service like Dropbox to upload/store your files and then generate a link to give us access to a specific file temporary.
