Affinity Photo.exe cann't launch app on win10. It's the only one app that doesn't work properly, sorry if it can launch maybe would work properly, who knows???  I've spent 10 days of 90-days trial period and I couldn't process any photo yet!!!! So how can I decide to buy it or not? I attached event error log file, I appreciate too much if anybody (can) help.

Thanks for the report @Basse, I've not seen that crash before. Do you have any files in %APPDATA%\Affinity\Photo\1.0\CrashReports\reports ?

I think there is something wrong with .NET frameworks or any other Microsoft Graphic drivers (Open GL etc.) but I couldn't find exactly what goes wrong!? Because windows/MS troubleshooters couldn't find any problem, according to MS and/or win 10 everything is OK!!!!

Hi,

There are 22  *.dmp files (the last one 25 min ago) in the specified subfolder %APPDATA%\Affinity\Photo\1.0\CrashReports\reports.  I've attached  the oldest and the last two. Thanks so much.

Thanks for the crash dumps. I can see that it's crashing due to a bad Intel OpenCL driver that's installed (Intel are aware of this problem). You can either try updating your graphics card drivers, or, you can grab the latest beta to try, as we can work around these driver crashes at startup now.
