Nita Reed
Using "open" in Affinity Photo, there were no files in a folder. Since I've already used a doc in this folder...several times...this made no sense. Looked with Windows Explorer...and the files are there. Nita Reed
ok...so... I have come up with the following: I upgraded the storage on onedrive. Apparently. in doing so I get the Microsoft Office Suite. Which I could not care less about. It downloaded on my laptop and changed my files? Can they be changed back? I'm not going to waste time complaining about this happening... I just need my files. Help would be appreciated.
walt.farrell
Installing the office suite would not change your files that way. Nothing if Affinity would make that kind of change, either. The most likely explanation I can think of is that you're looking in the wrong folder. I had been given this folder a year or so ago... I've used the templates many times. Unfortunately, with 1.9, I have started to decrease unnecessary layers to avoid a potential crash. So, once I lay the grid markers, I've been deleting the template. Therefore, I can not locate in an .afp file.

PhotoCat
On my Windows 10 machine, I can save Word or Excel files in many different formats. NONE of the them are photo related including .jpg, .tiff, etc. I took my photo related files and right clicked. I can only save them as .jpg files. I know you loaded your template files into Affinity before with no issues. I am sorry that I can't explain what happened. We are missing something.
