Existing Protractors. I have uploaded them again on request.

They can be downloaded in "Resources section".

Zero-point Rulers are obsolete and will not be uploaded again.

OK, They're back ! Sorry, I never got around to creating a Pixel-based ruler.

Moreover, I think it would be best to Post a Feature Request in the appropriate Forum section.

It's always a matter of opinion. If iPad users were clever, they probably would have build their own custom needed rulers with the help of online tools like this.
