John Rostron
I have been refurbishing my laptop (W10) and went to store.affinity.serif com to download the lastest, 1.91 versions of your software. But when I got there, the cupboard was bare! I am presented with an empty blue-black screen with no text or graphics. There is a footer at the bottom with the expected links, but nothing elsewhere. I see this in both Chrome and Edge browsers on this laptop. My Android Tablet, with Chrome displays OK, as do the pages on my Desktop computer with Chrome. Other web pages, including this forum display OK. The links in my original purchase email, and in this forum on the download/purchase page also lead to this blank screen. walt.farrell
You might try a different browser (as Chrome and Edge are basically the same internals). Try Firefox, for example. You might also try clearing your browser cache, though that is unlikely to be the problem as two separate browsers have the problem. I can confirm, though, that I have no problem accessing https://affinity.store/account/downloads from Chrome or Edge or from my usual browser, Firefox.
