Making product/datasheet in Publisher, problem with duplicating text

hi everyone, 

So far i was making some datasheets -product cards for my company in Designer, but recently upgrade to Publisher hoping for automatization :)

My question : How to make text box that i can multiply and inserted text will fill in all this boxes? some kind of linking? how to manage?

Ex: On top of the page i have symbol with serial no. and i want this same text on footer and in other location maybe in different test style. So far i make it by hand coping/pasting but its not so smart :D

For this you can make use of the Master Pages in combination with Data Merge. Here a video about Master Pages:
