After updating to Affinity Designer 1.9.1, I had some problems copying embedded pdfs from Designer to Keynote, the pictures are now extremely blurry (previously it worked perfect). I also noticed that this only happens to newly embedded pdfs. Any ideas about how to solve it?

Welcome to the Affinity forums :)

It maybe depends on whether the embedded PDF is in pass through or interpret mode. I'm not at my Mac to test that.

Yes, switching to 'Interpret' mode solved the problem, and now I have two followup questions:

1. I understand that users may want to use `pass through` mode to save some resources, is this now the default mode, can I switch the default back to `Interpret`?

2. Why there are some embedded pdfs that don't have this option?

Thank you very much!
