Digital Paysan
First time using the program.... Application does not seem to be able to save or read affinity files. (.afdesign) "Failed to open file" "The file type is not supported" Thought it might be a Mac OS issue with filenames so restarted the computer. No Joy. Any ideas? Dan C
Hi @Digital Paysan , Welcome to the Affinity forums Our sincerest apologies for the delayed response here, we're currently working through a backlog of tickets, so many thanks for your patience and understanding. Is this an issue that you are still experiencing, or have you been able to resolve this since please?
summitglory
I didn't post the above comment but I am having the same issue with Chrome book saying chromeOS doesn't support your format because it is a windows based application. Do I need to redownload another version that Chromebook can recognize?
Dan C
Hi @summitglory, Welcome to the Affinity Forums I can confirm that the Affinity apps are not supported on Chromebook devices currently, my apologies. We only support Windows or macOS for desktop operating systems. I hope this clears things up!
